Hello neighbors and friends,

Our neighborhood is facing a significant challenge with the proposed development of a data center project known as Project Taurus. Many of us are concerned about the impact this project could have on our community, including changes to our environment, quality of life, and the future of our local area. We believe it is important to ensure that our voices are heard and that our interests are protected as decisions are made about this development.

To do this, we are organizing an appeal against Project Taurus. We have begun working with a lawyer team and Integrity Matters. Most of the work is pro bono, so we are incredibly thankful for their assistance as they will significantly reduce our costs by many thousands. The funds raised will go directly toward the application fee required to file the appeal, as well as legal advice to help us navigate the process and present our case effectively. If we are able to raise additional funds, we will use them for media outreach to inform and engage more residents about the issue. This support will empower our neighborhood to have fair representation and stand up for what matters most to us.
