Call me crazy, but I have just signed up for the Negril Reggae Marathon on Dec 3rd. I am no runner and I am probably going to embarrass myself in fine style but I have always wanted to do this. It is such a vibe!!! Well, I can't do this just for the fun of it. So, if I am going to embarrass myself, what better way than to help Negril Pup Rescue reach its goal to stay on the premises which are currently home to approximately 70 dogs (adult & pups)
CURRENT SITUATION
The land lease on the property expires on June 30th, 2024 and the rescue will need $24,300 USD (£19,150) ($32,000 CAD) in order to purchase the land. So much has been invested in the kennels, fencing, and the house to have to move again.
The need is greater than ever for your help.
It takes money and a lot of it to care for and feed all these dogs-$565 USD in food costs every week.
We have been barely reaching our weekly goal, at times falling short.

Wanna join me on the run and start a fundraiser for NPR? Let us know. It would be more fun in a small group. The registration fee is $95 but you get a running pack to include a tee and entry into the pasta party the night before to carb up for the event. It will be so much fun!! If you are in Negril for this event, come and join me. Let's create a vibe for a great cause. We can end the run by jumping in the sea with our medals on.
