We are reaching out for assistance as we make arrangements to lay our beloved Thelma Thomas, affectionately known as Dulsy, to rest. As many of you are aware, she was under the care of a local hospital, where lapses in communication and decision-making may have contributed to her untimely passing. Additionally, we encountered challenges with the nursing home when seeking assistance. We need assistance with legal fees as we are determined to seek justice and accountability for what we believe to be medical negligence.
