Our brother and our son, Negassi Bairu Tesfazgi, sustained a hip injury while on patriotic duty serving his country. He has now been referred to undergo surgery in Rome, Italy. He will subsequently be saddled by astronomical medical expenses which are beyond the scope of his ability to pay and settle the debts that he will incur.
