Hi my name is Michelle and I'm a close family friend to the Peat Family. I’m fundraising as they have lost their home in a devastating fire last night.

At 7pm on the 20th December Jo and Isobel were alerted by smoke alarms that a fire had started in their lounge room.

Bravely, Isobel picked up Marshall their cat, called 000 and ran to get help from their neighbours while Jo tried desperately to extinguish the flames.

Unfortunately it was too late and the flames spread so quick that they lost their home. Jo and family are all okay.

Jo and Mark are so generous with their time to community organisations and fundraising for multiple charities. Now it’s our turn to help them. If you are able to spare any amount, big or small to help them stay on their feet while they await the timely insurance claim.

The money donated will be transferred across to Jo and Mark's bank account.
