Help the Neely family with exorbitant medical bills due to an unexpected illness.

I am Fran Stroman, cousin of Mike Neely, who was just in the hospital due to an unexpected bout of bacterial meningitis. Mike was taken to the hospital in an ambulance after his wife noticed him acting very strangely. The ER doctors were able to determine via a spinal tap that he had contracted bacterial meningitis. He was put into a medically induced coma for 6 days, along with a ventilation tube to help him breathe. Mike was lucky and was able to come out of his coma on day 6, but he took some time getting well enough to be released from the hospital and ended up having to stay for 11 days total. During that time Mike was treated by numerous physicians and had multiple expensive tests done, and he received copious amounts of very expensive medicine. Even though he has been released from the hospital, he has not been cleared to go back to work. Unfortunately all of this has added up for their small family, and they are in need of some assistance.
