Mike (Mai) passed away peacefully on October 20,2021. He was the kind, skilled and beloved owner of Needle Trix Tailoring in Plymouth, MN. Many know Mike as a dedicated & talented tailor, who often worked well in to the night to ensure clothing projects were completed to the highest standard & in a timely manner. He spent years building his business through excellent craftsmanship & fair pricing. He often talked about his gratitude for the community’s support and opportunities to live out his dream: owning a business, doing what he loved, while providing for his family.

Mike was also the ‘Captain’ of his family’s ship, so to speak, and took all of their financial responsibilities on himself. Family was Mike’s greatest pride & joy. Not a day went by when he didn’t mention how proud he was of his son & daughter. His passing has left wife Cindy in a challenging situation, as she has spent her life as a seamstress and loving mother. Cindy is still recovering from weeks in the hospital with Covid related complications, but remains steadfast in completing all tailoring work started prior to Mike & her getting sick.
