Hi guys, it's Michi here, I'm raising money for my 2nd year experimental film, which happens to be my directorial debut. Logline: A young music producer falls into an episode of psychosis as she reaches the breakthrough of a career she doesn’t want.

Synopsis: Morgan cycles through the persona of a rockstar and a music producer as her client Davina Delacour releases her debut album. This stirs up Morgan's jealously and we see her spiral out of control falling into cannibalistic split personality episodes acting out of resentment for her unfulfilled desires to be an artist.

Why this? Why now? Why me?

This is a deeply personal story not just to me, but to all creatives starting out in the industry. We see a woman at the point of her life where she’s reached a breakthrough as a producer, and is on the path to success. We all dream of this moment, but some of us pursue the wrong career fearing financial failure and rejection or limited opportunities. The moment we worked so hard for becomes a bittersweet mess. I hope this script acts as a cautionary tale to the overexertion of personalities and career choices that don’t align with us, and becomes an oath to stay true to ourselves and creatively lead a fulfilling life.
