assistance with staying afloat during lOA

I'm having to take a Leave of absence from work to care from my son, he was admitted to usa women's and children's hosiptal August 3rd and he had been in the hosiptal for 8 days because he is now having back to back repeated seizures.

The doctors want me to be by his side and I want to be by his side. My leave of absence will be unpaid because I'm a month and 8 days shy of me being qualified for FMLA. But my job is going to let me do unpaid leave of absence which I can't afford I'm the main provider.

4500 covers two months of rent, two months of ultities paid two months of groceries and food for a cat and hamster. 1100 is a down payment for a personal vehicle to get him around different appts we have been utilizing a rental car whime he has been in the hosiptal and it's not sustainable. We lost our car in a car accident and family let us borrow a car for some months and then that car had to be returned a few before he was put in the hosiptal due to this medical crisis we are currently facing and Due to him having daily seizures I don't feel comfortable on public transportation if he starts to have one mid day. It would come out alot cheaper then uber or lyft.

I'm hoping..praying.. pleading that he is stable within another month. His doctors are unsure and considering brain surgery or transporting him to a possible specialist hosiptal for further treatment because their strongest seizure medicine they can possibly give a three year old is not fully helping him.

As of August 19th my son is still in the hosiptal on a feeding tube and temporaily paralyzed.  He is having up to two seizures a day and has lost function in the right side of his body. He can't lift his head up and if you sit him up he just falls over like a rag doll.
