Needing help covering expenses after roommate died

On 2/2/2019 my roommate was admitted into the hospital with double pneumonia and a week later he passed away from complications from the pneumonia and other health issues. The amount requested is to be used solely to pay bills until I get his death certificate, in order to put joint accounts into my name Power, car note and insurance).
