needing help after my stroke

I am a 38 year old who recently had a stroke do to a hole in my heart. My fiancee and I where caught off guard by this and not prepared for everything that came with it. This is not a way that I would ever want to ask for help but feel I'm out of option's, we had to miss a lot of work as well as use all of our savings for medical expenses and bill's. Now we have fallen behind and I am turning to all you good people as a last resort effort to help keep our home and to help pay medical expenses I have exhausted all other efforts. I recently had the surgery to fix my heart and am missing more work and still have one more or I hope only one more procedure left. My fiancee work just laid off a bunch of people and cut his hours to the bare minimum and we are now selling everything we can to make ends meet we dont want to loose our home and are doing everything possible to keep this from happening. So if there is anything even the smallest amount of help you could do it would mean the world to us. Please help us keep our home. Thank you Sincerely Heartbroken
