Needing a New Engine

So this is my "Hail Mary" to rely on the help of others... A few weeks back when I was driving home from a High School Mission trip my car broke down in the middle of nowhere Texas with my two little girls in the back seat. Luckily, one of the vans was able to bring them back to San Antonio. After weeks of exhausting all my options I was able to get the car home only to find out the the engine is indeed blown. I am stuck between a rock and a hard place and need to find a way to get a new engine. The heat of the summer and the IMMENSE stress this has put on my body and mind has triggered my MS while I wait to get back on medication after having my baby girl. Someone told me once that the Lord does not give you more than you can carry... I have learned through all of the turmoil that life has brought that this is true only when you can lean on others when the burden weighs you down. So, my "hail Mary" is to call on others for help. Anything you can give is appreciated, even if love and support is what you can offer right now. Thank you for your time!
