NEEDED: Weight lifted — Help Fund My Breast Reduction

Hi friends!

I’ve spent many years carrying more than my fair share when it comes to boobs, and while I’ve never been one to pursue elective surgeries lightly, especially for something that can be misconstrued as vanity. I’ve tried everything; physio, specialty bras, you name it. Simple things, like running after my toddler or getting dressed (something I loved), have become the things I try most to avoid.

I had a reduction in 2015, which was a game-changer for a long time. But after pregnancy… well, let’s just say things expanded in more ways than one. Now, I need another reduction to get back my life and to be the best version of myself for my family.

If I'm being entirely honest, asking for help in this way scares me. But without support, I'm left with two difficult choices—either continue living with the pain and frustration of carrying nearly 20 lbs of breast tissue for an unforeseeable future OR put my family under significant financial strain for something that isn't necessarily an emergency.

While part of the procedure is covered by OHIP, my surgeon requires an additional component due to the scale of the surgery, which is not covered. I need help covering this cost. If you’re able to contribute, I’d be forever grateful! If not, sharing this campaign is just as valuable.
