Need TOD State signs for local Art Gallery

Hello, my name is Joe, and I curate Primal Gallery. The gallery currently has over 46 local artists, with more participating weekly. The gallery is located about a block from a major highway (H290) and is not visible to passing motorists. To help customers find the gallery, I have been putting a small portable A-frame (3' tall and is not tall enough to hinder motorist visibility) type directional sign on the grassy corner easement of the highway and the crossroad during the gallery's OPEN hours. Unfortunately, the small sign is against local sign ordinances and was impounded by the city. Other local businesses' signs were similarly seized. The removal of the sign has hurt the gallery and artists, dropping revenue by over 90% last month.

The only option for putting up a directional sign allowed by the county is to buy Tourist Oriented Directional (TOD) signs from the state. The good news is that the state approved the gallery for TOD signage. This fundraiser's goal is $5,000:

The gallery does advertise on several mainstream social media sites, but alternative advertising is required, as evidenced by the drop in sales after the city impounded the sign.

History of Primal Gallery: The gallery was started in early 2022 to provide a venue to support local artists and sell estate items (proceeds utilized to help clients pay elder medical bills). Unlike most galleries that take 30% to 50%+ of the artist's sales, Primal Gallery takes a fraction of the sales revenue. It has been reinvesting any extra income into the venue (e.g., enlarging the exhibit area to accommodate the additional artists and purchasing tables and chairs to support art classes).
