Need to relocate to pay Wife's Lupu

Mr. Farrow works part time for our company due to staffing cut backs. Unfortunately it doesn't pay enough to cover both household and medical bills. His wife, an RN, is forced to work full time to pay the bills. With her condition standing for 40+ hours a week increases her symptoms.
Including edema to the legs and feet, cardiac problems, kidney disfunction, letheragy, etc.
She has pushed through and works through agonizing pain to support him and their 2 children. Mr. Farrow was the Director of Presidio's emergency services as well as volunteering as a red crow shelter manager. His dedication to helping communities is without equal. He was recognized both locally and nationally for his efforts in improving ems and education.
Mr. Farrow is a resident of far west Texas, the last 2 years they have expended their savings account, now he has a lucrative job offer job offer in Georgia. Due to needing help with their two small children and needing their parents help he can't afford to move.
I am setting this up on his behalf to help him worth initial travel and lodging so he can support his family and allow his wife to work part time and hopefully decrease the symptoms of her Lupus.
