Need to raise money for visa and accommodation

I moved to the UK in May 2024 to pursue a one-year degree in MBA (Digital Marketing). I submitted my dissertation in May, but things became difficult when the cost of living crisis hit. I struggled to save enough money for my tuition fees and had to borrow to make ends meet. Thankfully, I was able to repay the loan.

In April 2024, I had to move out of my apartment because my landlord needed more space for his growing family. I temporarily stayed with my aunt, sleeping on her couch for three months, from April to July, while I searched for a new place. Finding accommodation was challenging due to my visa status, as many landlords were hesitant to rent to me. On top of that, my new rent is £750, compared to £650 in my previous apartment, and I’ve been struggling to afford it.

My visa is set to expire on September 30th, and despite my efforts, I have not been able to secure a permanent job. The jobs I currently work barely cover my monthly expenses, making it difficult to pay rent. As a result, I’ve come to an agreement with my landlord to move out of my current place by September 30th.
