It is the holiday season and I am hoping that you will help to get us back on our feet. My name is Kerri and I continue to fundraise to help pay off the repairs made to my Jeep. This is our family vehicle-just this one vehicle and she is relied on every day to get a child to school and me to work. We do not have the option to take mass transit so we are VERY thankful to the folks who donated to see us through the time we needed a rental vehicle so that I did not lose my job due to no transportation. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR HELP! As with you, we have been hit hard due to inflation and we need to be able to pay off the cost of the repairs. The interest will keep rising and if we cannot make the payments, it can spiral into a catastrophic situation that can put us in harm's way. We pay our rent and bills on time and until this, we managed to live our daily lives. We are modest, low-income folks who qualify for CHIP and free lunch. My job is modestly paid, and the cost of the repairs is less than a new (used) vehicle (which we would not be able to purchase due to my low income). Anything that you could do to help us out will be super helpful and a kindness that will be paid forward. If 300 people can donate $20.00 we will be able to pay this down and survive.
