I need help my friends. I have to move to Ill fo a Liver Transplant. My Med expenses will exceed 10,000  and 3,000 to move back home. I need to move  by Sept the latest. I'm not asking I'm begging you for my life. My 3 girls and my boy need me still and I would love to watch my 3 grandchildren grow. I don't know what else to write cause this is all new to me and I'm scared. Please help me and Pray for me, I'm gonna need it.
