Need to move in a hurry. Husband is very sick!

Hi I am Nancy Shoemaker. I apologize for ask for help. I am very thankful for any help. I need to move in a hurry. I am renting my home. I have been here 10 years. Basement floods . Electric doesn't work in much of the house! Needs rewiring! The bedroom leaks from the ceiling! Cabinets in kitchen falling of due to putting in wrong! Mold & smell from basement! My husband is very I'll. He has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and had had strokes! Landlord finally wants to repair the house. Needs or wants us out to right away & not giving me much time. I am by myself handling everything with husband sick and it is impossible! I did not know the Landlord was going to do this to me and I bought all new appliances. I need to find a home and hire movers or leave my appliances, which he did not furnish at all when I moved in. Had to furnish my own! I with medicine and all that it is going to take to move I am hoping it will be only 3,000.00 I will need! My electric bill went way up over 1,000.00 for heating with oven & electric floor heater !
