Need to get by while my medical issues get handled

This past fall I developed a lingering cough. I worked through this for months as a butcher, but eventually I started having issues with shortness of breath. After a visit to Urgent Care and a week long stay in the hospital, it turns out I have Atrial Fribulation and Congestive Heart Failure. As a 42 year old, this has been a scary couple months. They were not able to solve the Fribulation at the hospital due to the presence of a blood clot. They have been trying to dissolve this with medication since. I have not been able to work in my old job since then, and I am looking for a job currently that would not exacerbate my medical problems. Unfortunately the bills have been piling up, and I will be in danger of losing the little I have before too long. My doctor expects that they should be able to solve the Fribulation issue in another month or two depending on the dissolving of the clot, and from there we can explore what is going to be needed for the CHF condition.

I am one month behind on my rent now, soon to be a month behind on my car payment, my phone has been shut off, which makes handling medical appointments and messaging difficult. I also am on a more specialized diet for my conditions, and I have a flood of new medications that I am taking and responsible for. Luckily I have insurance that covers much of these expenses, but with funds dwindling, even a cheap refill will be difficult.

Asking for help is difficult for me. I am one who usually wants to be the one doing the helping. I have just come to the conclusion, though, that without assistance I will end up in a very difficult place. I know this is a hard time for everyone, and I genuinely appreciate your consideration and willingness to read this far into my situation. Anything you are able and/or willing to give to help would be greatly appreciated.
