Need to Cover Cost of AC

Heat waves are unbearable. While in the middle of one, having an air conditioner becomes a necessity. What do you do when your trusty breaks down and needs to be replaced? That's the situation where I've found myself in. Out of the blue, with no warning, my air conditioner just stopped running. When a technician came to look at it, they gave me the bad news that I need to get a new AC unit. Unfortunately, ACs are expensive, so covering the cost is going to be a challenge. I was not given the option of doing a monthly financing plan, meaning it's one very large payment.
