My name is Harmeet Singh, and I am reaching out with deep humility and hope during the most difficult time of my life.

For the past 3 years, I have been living in the United Kingdom with my family, working hard to build a stable and secure future for my wife and two children. Sadly, everything changed suddenly.

I suffered a severe brain stroke that caused a paralysis attack, leaving the right side of my body completely paralyzed. Since then, I have been hospitalized for over a month, and despite continuous treatment, there has been no significant recovery so far. Each day is filled with uncertainty, fear, and emotional pain.

Due to my condition, I lost my job and can no longer work. My wife, who was also employed, had to leave her job to become my full-time caregiver. Overnight, our household income dropped to zero.

As if the physical and emotional suffering wasn’t enough, we are now facing a medical bill estimated at £40,000, along with mounting daily expenses. We are also struggling to pay our house rent, buy essentials, and cover our children’s basic needs.

As a parent, the hardest part is watching my children suffer through this situation, through no fault of their own.

I never imagined asking for help like this, but today, I cannot survive this crisis alone.
