Need Surgery in Nebraska with Dr. Aguila

This is my very first Go Fund Me. I got the disc replacement. But now I need surgery on the left side of my neck. I need to fly out to Nebraska and see Dr.Aguila his the only peripheral nerve surgeon in the U.S who works with people dealing with damage nerves and chronic pain.
