Need surgery for my best friend

This is stewie, my best friend. He has been by my side thru many heartbreaks, a move across states, and there for me the most after my mom passed away. Im single with no children and hes the only thing that loves me unconditionally and hasnt left me. A few weeks ago he tore his acl, and also needs dental work. I tried to get a loan and i am still very short. Hes still healthy otherwise happy and of course always hungry! Hes done so much for me that there’s absolutely no way i can quit on him. Please help.
