Need Retainer to Fight Safeco Embezzlement

Safeco Insurance and Protech Construction destroyed my home and replaced it with what is seen in the photo. I filed a legitimate homeowner claim for damages, had it assessed and settled for $48K. The contractor and insurance company engaged in fraud, destroyed my entire home of 65 years when only one room needed repair,  reported the loss amount as $430K to the insurance claims databases,  failed to report the changes to Underwriting, and abandoned the project which is listed with LA County Public Works as unfinished and loaded with permit issues and corrections notices. Safeco will not speak to me even though my premiums are paid in full.

I must sue to have the insurance company to have them do right by me and, after two years of searching, have found an attorney who will take the case. However, he does not work on contingency and I will have to pay his retainer in order to have his representation.

White collar criminals get away with their crimes because they usually target people who do not have the means to fight them in court.  I have been able to fight the contractor, somewhat, through the Contractors State License Board, but there is a network of agencies and people involved in this fraud that necessitate I have legal representation because of the complexity of the case.
