2 years ago I suffered an injury due to boxing. Boxing was also my career that helped support my 1 year old son. I now have double vision and no depth perception. The surgery consists of getting my eye muscle out of my healed orbital bone fracture and release part of my eye muscle that’s trapped under my orbital bone. It’s very difficult to drive, have good balance, look at people in the eye etc. My self esteem/confidence is at an all time low and I feel like I’m failing as a father. My plan is to apply for work that I’m capable of doing right now with my eye. After my surgery April 26th I plan to look for higher paying, more advanced work like oil field or assembly lines to help support my son and I or GOD willing the dr clears me to box again. Either way I would be grateful just to have my vision and see real life again. Anything really helps out. Much love guys!
