Need New PC for Art and Rendering

My name is Auri, or Kampfer, as many know me. Over the past month or so, I've been getting hit with error after error, crashing my computer (screenshot isn't actually mine, but it's the same error I've got, and only one of MANY.) I've tried resetting/reinstalling Windows, and doing just about everything I can on my end. At this point, it's hardware related. The problem? Everything I have is too old to outright upgrade. If I get new ram, the memory standard would be too new for my current motherboard, and if I upgrade that, my current Intel socket is too old to be replaced as well. All 3 would need to be upgraded at the exact same time. At this point, we are at $1,300, and basically rebuilding the entire computer, so im just wanting to just get everything for a new PC now for future proofing. I'm trying to just get what I need to at this point to make a new one. I'm omitting things like a PSU, as what I have should work just fine, and all my other perifs are fine. This would also cover new storage solutions to make sure I don't lose data for my art stuff. I've been needing to do that for a long time, and I need to include it.

Anything can be helpful and would be majorly appreciated. I already need tons of help with bills, and I feel horrible about this, but I can't do work or anything without a PC.
