Hi Everyone. 

As hard as it is for me to ask for help, I’m needing to do that again.

I need a new dental implant. The cost of the implant includes:
Bone Graft
Implant
Porcelain/HNM Crown
Custom Abutment

I've already paid for the extraction as it was done on an emergency basis.  I live on Social Security which is $1512 a month. There is no way I can cover the cost of an implant. None of my dental work is covered under Social Security.

(I've recently heard that dental issues are frequently seen in people undergoing chemotherapy.  That would partial explain my recent dental issues which started with having to have the tooth extracted and followed up with a couple of complicated fillings.) 

Any help will be very gratefully accepted. Thank you in advance.
