Need neurologist urgently ulnar neuropathy wasting

Hello my name is Harry I'm only 26 I have recently been told I have ulnar neuropathy and it will take one to two years to get an appointment.

This is in my left wrist and I am left handed I've already began to lose hand function and at risk or it rapidly getting worse even if it doesn't the pain is making it difficult to use my hand let alone just the lack of communication, numbness and buring sensations can only use a keyboard for a minute or two. There is sereve numbness and honestly it extremely scary the thought of not being able to use my hand.

This is ontop of fibromyalgia issues as well. So that kills my ability to get private insurance so it's all direct pay for each appointment I don't know how much it will cost in total but the rough pricing for a specialist was around 200-300 pounds an appointment.

I truly hate being stuck in this situation but any help anyone can provide will be extremely helpful. This is also affect my ability to work and earn this extra money myself.
