We are losing a lot of great creative people due to discouragement, lack of support and the insecurity to express oneself. Purchasing art supplies can be expensive. Also the time and effort it takes to even create. Even with today's digital age, promoting and networking takes time from the creating. For the most part you are on your own. But with my project, I can help build a community for creatives.

We create art everyday, but I began my career in art about 3 years ago. Since spring 2018, I was drawn to becoming something bigger than myself. I didn’t have anyone helping me, but I’ve always been skilled at bringing people together. My experience with being homeless really opened my eyes when it came to finding my style for creating and expressing that emotion to relate to others. I always say “Art is more than painting on a canvas, It's more about creating the journey”, and so far my ambition makes me more of an artist than simply just drawing or painting. I have to create art everyday, I say that keeps me going. "Nobody Support Art", they say. But I do.

I would like your help & support to advance my t-shirt business. I am representing those who need support and encouragement to continue to create their art. A lot of people are scared to believe in themselves; I want to help change that. I designed the shirt with a negative approach as a play on words to trigger an emotional connection. 

As an artist, I understand how hard it can be when it comes to being creative and staying encouraged. I plan on having all artists and creatives wearing this shirt and bringing awareness to support our local artists. I want to create a support team for artists & creatives. I am currently building a community of people while being creative by using my hashtag #NOBODYSUPPORTART on all social media platforms!
