Need major dental work and multiple surgeries

Hi, my name is Leslie and I am about to embark on a most unpleasant journey that will involve having multiple dental surgeries. I have had trouble my whole life with my teeth, due to vitamin deficiencies and autoimmune disorders. It’s gotten to the point where I can’t smile or speak confidently to anyone because of how my teeth look. I have insurance but my out of pocket cost is nearly 14 thousand dollars. This was the least expensive option…the most expensive is 50-70k which is impossible. If you can help I would be most grateful! I will post an ‚after‘ photo as soon as I can :)
