Need Help With My MAYO Clinic Trip

I was a factory worker for 23 years and in 2008 I was hurt on the job. Ever since then I have been in pain and sick everyday. I have been dianosed with CRPS(Complex Regional Pain Syndrome), Chronic pain syndrome, Demyelinating disease of the central nervous system, Extreme migranes, Sicca syndrome, Diffuse connective tissue disease, Spinal Stenosis in cervical region, Musculus skeletal problem, Depressive disorder, Lupas and Fibromyalgia. I go to the Mayo Clinic for 4 days after Christams. The problem is, it is over 3 hrs one way, which is very expensive. Plus spending 3 nights there.  I'm not sure if I have to go there for more days after the testing. If there is any way you could help me and my family with this trip, it would be very much appreiciated!!! Thank you so much!!
