Hello friends. Back in early October I began having a problem with my left leg. I had fallen at work and assumed that was the cause of the issue. I began treating it at home but got to the point I had to pull myself from work. I assumed the resting would help but it got to the point I could not move at all. Jordan took me to the hospital and then things changed. First the doctors found a large blood clot in my leg. But what they caught at the top of the sonogram was a large mass in my abdomen. After many scans and biopsies the mass was found to be cancer. The mass runs from my groin into my abdomen to behind my kidney. I have been placed on a 4 cycle, 5 days a week, 5 hours per day chemo schedule bi-weekly. As many know, chemo not only attacks the cancer but can also harm your body as a whole and my treatment has been interrupted due to my lack of immune system. Following my final chemo cycles I will need to undergo surgery to remove the tumor and recover.
As you can imagine, this treatment even with insurance has created some large bills not to mention my personal monthly expenses. I am not a person who finds it easy to ask for help. But I do need it. I know this is not an easy time for anyone. Life is crazy and overwhelming at times. But if you could help, even a little it would be so very appreciated. And above that, prayers and thoughts are always a blessing. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this. God bless you all.
