Need help with medical, legal, and living costs!

Hi, my name is Ana and I am a single mom with two young children and I need help with living, medical, and lawyer expenses. I never imagined I would have to resort to this, but I am drowning in expenses and I am willing to do whatever I need to to make sure my children are taken care of. I escaped a very bad situation after experiencing every kind of abuse. Unfortunately the financial abuse continues. Their father warned me he would lose his (significantly high-paying) job on purpose so he wouldn’t have to pay what he was responsible for in child support and alimony, and he has kept that promise. He also spent our entire savings ($100k) in about two months in women and substances, to put it nicely.

Meanwhile, I have found myself fully responsible for taking care of my kids in every aspect, even financially. I have about $7,000 in debt for my daughter’s birth, have spent over $26,000 in lawyers, and am currently over $15,000 behind in mortgage payments.

There is nothing scarier for a mom than knowing her kids are in danger, and I know I needed to spend that money in lawyers to keep them safe during their father’s very bad manic episode, but that has left me in a very bad situation. And now I don’t know if they will have a place to live. We honestly wouldn’t have made it out without our wonderful support network, who helped us so much and have saved us many other thousands of dollars in childcare. We’re in the final push and I’m hoping the courts don’t allow this abuse to continue, but I desperately need help getting us over that hump!

If you can help with even a dollar or two I will be forever thankful!!

Edited to add: I feel I should clarify that unfortunately there is no cheaper living situation for us. The only thing cheaper around us would are small 1-bd apartments, which would end up costing us at least $1,000 more a month. Our house is big enough to allow my sister and her family to stay with us so she can take care of my baby, otherwise I would be looking at about $2,000 for childcare. I have looked into assistance but I don’t qualify, so as of now I’m entirely on my own until hopefully the courts mandate child support! I’m incredibly thankful for everyone that has supported us so far one way or another!!!
