Need help to move out of unliving condition

Someone told us about some apartments on Oakland drive the name of the apartments bolden townhomes we met with the office management and they told us told if we had $1,500 today we can move in she met us at the bank she received money in cash and on chime when we moved in she said she will bring us our least the next day ,but never received it we couldn't get no power we never seen the property manager again we was in the dark three to four months the service of the apartments started to deteriorate no maintenance no security cameras no lawn service it was a very bad sanitary issue with the trash kitchen ceiling fell in very bad mold call channel 2 News in the Mayors and code enforcement they check the apartments out and they all said that the apartments was unlivable at this time life is very challenging and the assistance of the community all Fulton county and surrounding counties are needed we thank you in advance God bless
