Need Help to Keep the Business Going

Due to episodes of gout, followed by injury, and a recent stroke, my husband has had to miss most of last year's and now this year's work. We have signed up for all of the public assistance we qualify for, but none of that covers the business expenses, which happen whether we are able to work or not. We have already maxed out borrowing from our credit cards and our life savings, and that money is almost tapped out plus interest rates are drowning us. Now he needs an open heart surgery, and he will need at least another 3 months following the surgery before being able to safely adjust patients again. I have been treating as many patients as possible, and have even attempted to extend my office hours. As a Disabled Veteran myself, trying to a maintain the business + the household, with our two children and a dog, my body can only take so much. Any amount would help.
