Hey, I'm PixelChonk, if you know me you might know I was recently let go from my job, and this was at a bad time as I was trying to pay down debt and this has left me caught with no savings and find myself immediately money and housing insecure, I'm actively pursuing work and other options, however unemployment in CA is capped at 450 a week and if i do get that it wouldnt start until next month and would barely cover Rent in this expensive state

I'm just looking to get a little bit of help to get over the hump and at least get my rent and bills paid for a month so i can have some room to look for work without the fear of getting booted out of my place, not being able to get food or my car repoed etc.

Thanks if you can help, I hate asking for things like this, but someone suggested it and I thought it couldnt hurt, thanks everybody!
