Need help since layoffs due to Corona virus

So I’ve debated for weeks to even make a GoFundMe , I’m not the type of person that likes to ask for UNLESS I really need it. We all got layed off on ( Or around ) March 16 due to the corona virus , like most of us did, I applied for unemployment and about 5-6 weeks later I got a letter finally saying it was being processed , and my weekly Ui amount would be $151.00 a week. A few days later I received a later stating that the last tome I had unemployment I had received 1,090 in overpayments in 2017- for the last time I had unemployment.. I DIDN'T know of this overpayment , due to the fact that by the time they had sent me mail about it I had moved from Bend back to salem! I promise I knew nothing of it, or I would have appealed it , or whatever I needed to do OR and made the payments.. So in the letters it stated I wouldn’t get any benefits for 8 weeks , but I had to claim those whole 8 weeks , I did so.. so I recently have claimed 3 more weeks after that initial 8 weeks , thinking I would now get at least part of my 151.00 & the extra 600.00 many people are receiving , but I don’t. I was told they are taking every penny of my 151.00 & I supposedly “don’t qualify for the extra 600” even though it says you automatically get it , if you are able to get your regular benefits.. I’ve gotten behind on everything and I’m asking if you can help , So I can get caught back up on everything , I’m a 1 person income for my son & I , and as we all know things can be hard sometimes..
