In 2 weeks it will be a year since I've been living in my car. It's finally come down to do or die. After all of this time, the lawyer did nothing for me but waste a year. I come to find out I have to pay only $465 to reinstate my green card with my new adopted last name on it. Therefore I can get a passport that allows me my entitled social security retirement benefits and back pay. I don't need a birth certificate for my benefits, a passport works the same. I desperately need to come up with this money. This past year has been tough, me and the cats have made it this far and we need help. Please if you have it in your heart to help us. God bless
