Need help paying bills after Triple Bypass

Hi, I just underwent an unexpected emergency bypass surgery and can’t walk much yet, drive or earn a living. I get $1300 a month from SS but it doesn’t begin to cover all of the bills and medications. I do not have a partner or spouse so no help there and my savings are exhausted. I desperately need financial help and anything at all will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your kindness. I've been trying to add more photos but I'm not very good at technology. This one of me sitting in the chair was taken the day after surgery and I'm obviously out of it. Hope to add more soon with granddaughter's help.
