Need help from kidney transplant

Hey everyone I'm Stuart, if you know me you know this is the last thing I'd ever do unless I really needed the help.

Two years ago my sister donated a kidney to me after mine failed. There were complications, her kidneys had two arteries running through to them and I only had one. I was under for over 12 hours and suffered Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) now due to that and the side effects of my medications I can't work. I have short-term memory loss, I can't remember what I do half the time, always exhausted and when overwhelmed my emotions get the best of me.

I am getting some disability benefits but they still don't cover all my basic needs including my medications, My family can only help me so much and I feel as though im a burden

I feel if I can raise $35,000, it will cover what I am lacking in my benefits.

On top of everything I was now told that most of my teeth have to be pulled due to the side effects of my medications and need dentures. Only 51 and not sure what to do or who to turn to.
