Hello everyone, I'm setting this up for myself in hopes to getting help I was never one to sit around and get hand outs, but this time around I need help. In January I lost my grandmother who raised me. Then after that I was diagnosed with renal kidney failure. Bills are piling up fast I cannot work like I used to I detail cars but now I'm useless because of dialysis it is really taking a toll on my body.
