Need Help

As you all knew, I left my security job back at the end of November to accept a bar manager and entertainment manager position at this new "nightclub" it was supposed to open December 7th but yet waited until I got back from my 10 day vacation in Texas.

So rewind to after Texas, I literally showed up to the Dollhouse after my plane landed to help out, Greg(which is the owner) well someone that is put in charge. Gary is the actual owner that is a Russian man in Cleveland. Anyways Max gets a call from Greg and says he needed me to come out to his car to talk so me, still not really knowing them personally other than tommy I was already uncomfortable with that. Got in the car. Max didn't stay. Well to get to the point we were talking about the position and he touches my leg inappropriately, I shut it down because I am sorry Noone fucking touches me like that, I'll shake your hand and be professional but don't try and think you can do anything to me. I walked out of the car.

So after that, it starts going downhill. Rewind to Sunday Dec 10th. I had to call my friend Hunter to help do the ceiling tiles etc because the people they had to do they just kinda bailed. We found out there was going to be our first inspection and if we didn't pass this one it would be really hard to pass again etc or take some time to open. So me and my 5 other friends. Busted our asses for 20 hours straight. To get everything done and even half rigged some things to get this passed. Monday Dec 11th the inspection was at 10am. We passed. So we decided to all finish up AFTER WORKING 20 HOURS TO PASS THIS INSPECTION FOR THEM. we wanted to go home. It was about 1pm we started at 430pm SUNDAY. As soon as I get home all settled about to go to bed and I get a phone call saying there is a mandatory MANAGER MEETING called by greg. I said I am going to sleep I just worked 20 hours to get this club to pass inspection. Then was told if I don't go I won't be bar manager anymore. Then was told the reason for this meeting was to "get back at me" and because I "didn't say hi to him at the last meeting.

So mind you I have been at this club everyday since the 7th working 10+ hours to get everything done to get it to open. Sometimes even pulling all nighters because we would run out of time and absolutely NOONE would come in and help except for like 5 of us.

Greg pulls me to the side one night and says I've had people come up to me in concern of your health and they think your on drugs. I said I can assure you I am not would you like me to take a drug test? He said no its none if my business. Lol okay then WHY ARE YOU BRINGING THIS UP. He then says well to have a better image I need to demote you to just entertainment manager and assistant bar. I said why? Off false allegations when I've already worked my ass off on everything? The entire drink menu I made as well minus a few basic drinks. Literally been the only bartender worker to be there and bust their ass but yet I'm losing my job over allegations. I asked who bar manager would be because I'd be damned to be under any of those girls he hired because let's be real they known absolutely NOTHING behind the bar and the way of Greg's skill for hiring is just a nice body and pretty face fuck the actually being able to Ljubljanamake a good drink right, because who needs skills anymore lmao. That's his mindset!

He said there would be no manager. Next week comes and guess what. THIS girl Bay aka Kendall which is 24 years old is made manager saying she has 6 years bar manager experience. Lol how is that possible right?

Well I could go on and on about her and her character but whos to judge right. You do you boo to get you where you are. Atleast I know the things I do in my life are well earned and I had to work for it, not suck up to anyone or sleep with anyone to get my way (not saying that's what she did but if the shoe fits).

Oh Let's go to Dec 23rd. It was gares birthday we had worked all day so me and 4 others decided to go out after work. Greg shows up minutes before we leave asking where we are going I said I have a show later and he said okay well I just got here and I said okay? I just worked here all day and I want a break before I have my show and it's my friends birthday. He goes well what about the guys and I said they are coming with me. Well our friend ended up calling for a ride to my shown so we went and picked him up and we went in for a shot and to sing for my bestie birthday. Greg supposedly sees it and calls max and says why the hell are they out at a bar on company time? Excuse me we just talked to you saying we were done. The bar we were at closed we went to the one next door as we were walking out guess who was in the back parking lot ? If you guess Greg you guess right. He stalked all of us. Like WHO DOES THAT? and why is it any of his business what we do outside of work?

But where I am getting at is i get let go for being friends with someone that quit atleast that was the excuse.

I've spent the night on Christmas eve and Christmas actually spent the night at the club for 10 days straight once. I fixed the speakers, I painted, I decorated, I built the bar menu and bar. If it wasn't for me and my friends no inspection would be passed.

I still have not received a paycheck since end of December . I literally left my stable life for this to now being 2 months behind on my car payment and rent and there being NOTHING I can do. I feel so defeated and no matter what I do they win. They still owe me 2k. I had a interview lined up with the news, I used that to threaten and then I got death threats from blocked call and people passing my house.

I am behind on my car, my house and just about everything. I started a new zoo job but that won't start getting traction for a while I just need to catch up. I've put my djing stuff on hold to mange my life. It's been so stressful. Luckily I've had friends help me so my car wouldn't get taken. But I still need help.
