Need help for bone marrow transplant

My name is(kumar Tamang ). A 31 year old students from Nepal and currently residing in Kathmandu with my family and relatives. I want to bring a critical matter to your attention regarding a severe health condition that requires your immediate financial support.

Unfortunately, I have recently been diagnosed with Severe Aplastic Anaemia. Currently under the care of Civil service Hospital, my medical condition requires a Bone Marrow Transplant to survive, a procedure not available at Civil Service hospital, leading to a referral to Indian hospital for further treatment.

Regrettably, Hospital of India is unwilling to proceed with my treatment unless an upfront payment of 60 lakhs INR is made to initiate the bone marrow transplant process of first line treatment of ATG Trials and Finding the donor for me. Despite holding health insurance, the hospital is hesitant to provide the necessary item numbers for the procedures, citing not medically possible to provide item numbers because of out of country insurance. Additionally, they refuse to schedule an appointment and suggested returning to home country to self treatment. Since My policy is from Nepal.

This situation has become increasingly urgent, as my medical condition requires weekly blood and platelets transfusions due to constant bleeding. The delay in receiving the necessary medical attention poses a severe threat to my health, and an urgent Bone Marrow Transplant is imperative. I want to emphasise the urgency of my situation by disclosing that my doctors have informed me that, given the severity of my condition, it is unlikely that I will survive more than six months. An urgent Bone Marrow Transplant is crucial, especially considering that my potential donor is ready and willing to donate stem cells and come to India for my immediate care. My insurer will help me in navigating indian healthcare system and link to resources to help in getting the best treatment. However, despite being covered for a Bone Marrow Transplant in my insurance policy. Insurance provider is complicating the case and not responding to my calls and emails. I am encountering difficulties with my insurance provider, not willing to cooperate with Health care providers by proving upfront cost of INR 60 lakhs. Therefore your assistance in resolving this matter is urgently needed. The urgency of my situation is escalating, and I urgently need your assistance for Bone Marrow transplant.
