Hello, my name is John Bullard. Beginning of this year I was diagnosed with stage C heart failure. I have done my best to continue to live but my health is in a decline.

The past few months I have become very weak in physical health.

I've always prided myself on never asking for help, this has been very difficult for me.

Recently I've lost my job due to health issue's. Medical bills and daily life have become a struggle.

I'm forever humbled and grateful of the people that have been there for me
