Help needed! Open sewer ripped Patida's insides!

I am creating this campaign for a great friend of mine, Patida Thongfueng. Bound by the Thai church community of Chicago, we became good friends. She works two jobs to sustain herself, hard working and kind at heart. If there is anything that I could do for her, it would be raising funds to help her pay medical bills and fighting for the justice that she deserves.
On 20th of May 2021 9:30pm with insufficient light and no warning/construction sign in sight, Patida fell into an open sewer after getting out from her friend’s car at her apartment parking in the Edgewater area of Chicago.
With the nature of her fall: her left leg was stationed on the ground while her right leg fell into the sewer and ripped her genital area apart. She experienced a severe laceration of 5 centimeters on her vagina with 2 days of heavy vaginal bleeding. According to the doctor sutures weren’t being performed due to medical reasons.
Unable to even stand up by herself plus shock from the pain with severe bleeding, her friends rushed her to the emergency room. From hospital to hospital, they finally admitted her. However, due to her lack of health insurance, the doctor recommended her for home recovery without any procedures done to close up her wound. With a battered mind and incomplete treatment, she has to missed her work and has to visit the doctor every week for a check up.
1 lawyer denied her case, 3 has not contacted her back and the land-owner stated that it was not her responsibility and blamed it on Patida’s own recklessness despite the parking lot being owned by the land-owner.
The estimate cost of her medical bills could be up to $50,000 and beyond, we desperately need any help that we could get, including lawyers that would accept her case and any advice on how we should proceed.
