My name is Tia and I'm asking for help in raising money to build a wheelchair ramp for my father when he gets out of the hospital. January 19th he was diagnosed with covid-19, and last Sunday on the 6th he was admitted to the hospital because he took a turn for the worst.

After he was admitted we were told that he had suffered a heart attack, and due to undiagnosed diabetes was in acute kidney failure. The doctors were able to remove blood clots from his legs, and the reason he had had the heart attack was because one of them passed into his heart. He'll be having a heart catheter put in this week or the following. There are still blood clots in his feet that the doctor is unsure they'll be able to remove, they've told us that worst case scenario they'll need to amputate his foot. They said his legs are going to be too weak to support him when he leaves, so either way he'll be in a wheelchair until he gets some strength back.

Even if all you can donate is a dollar my family and I would be grateful. Honestly we'd still be just as grateful if all you could give us was 10 cents. It's destroying me to see him like this and I just want him home. I don't want to just post a picture of him unconscious in a hospital bed, so here's another picture of him. We won't have a discharge date for a while, but everything the doctors have told us is hopeful. Thank you for reading
