Need help, broken foot, no more sick time

I broke my foot in multiple places 1.5 weeks ago, requiring surgery. I am required to stay completely of it for at least 4 more weeks, then will be allowed a boot which will also be close to impossible to work in. (I work in waste removal, major manual labor type job and have run out of sick time.)

I am embarrassed to do this, and wouldn't unless I was desperate. Anything, anything at all is appreciated. Please share if you can't contribute.
