GSAS GROWS TO SAVE MORE LIVES ❤️

Great Spirit Animal Sanctuary is a 501c3 Non-profit public charity organization established several years ago that provides a permanent home for life for animals that are in danger of being euthanized and slaughtered because they can't be rehomed. Currently over 125 animals now call the Sanctuary their home for life.

Our current facility is at capacity and we have an opportunity to move to a much larger location and save hundreds of more lifes from being euthanized and slaughtered.

Additionally our community has no 24 hr urgent care veterinarian services. At our new location we can begin to build a 24 hr emergency animal care facility for the rural communities. Currently pet owners need to drive two to three hours for urgent care after hours. Many pets never survive because of the distance. With an area 24 hr emergency facility many pets could be provided the urgent medical care they need within minutes and not hours.

Recently our founders personal dog Anubis (pictured) who had just turned six, needed quick emergency procedures, the closest available was two hours away. Sadly, Anubis died in 65 minutes. We plan to call the new emergency clinic The Anubis 24hr Urgent Animal Care Facility and hope to begin in the summer of 2025

Funds are being used to add additional housing units necessary to save more dogs from being euthanized just because they can't be rehomed. A cattery is being added for the numerous feral and stray cats that otherwise would be killed. Each housing compound costs $3,500 with all of the necessary safety equipment needed. More horse stalls are being added to save even more equine from being sent to auction just to be slaughtered.

Great Spirit Animal Sanctuary is planning to expand to over 100 acres in Northern Arizona, providing animals in jeopardy of being slaughtered and euthanized a safe home for life.

Any tax deductible donation of $5 to $500 is appreciated and all funds go directly to the animals care. Great Spirit Animal Sanctuary is a volunteer organization.
