Need financial help for my Brother with ALS

Hi, my name is Jeff Dillman. I am looking for financial help for my Brother Brad, who is about two years into ALS, as you can see from his picture. At this time, he cannot raise his arms above his chest and has a lot of neck and shoulder pain from diminished muscle loss. He is about 6'1" and down to about 115lbs at this time. We are looking at raising funds to help him with his care and medical help. We will need to purchase a vehicle to transport him and an electric wheelchair. Also to pay for his 24-hour care will eventually be needed.

Brad, at this time, is continuing to try to work just so he can keep his health insurance. He can sit on a mower and do what is necessary a couple days a week. We are trying to get through the loopholes of social security and disabiltiy. He is 61 and was looking forward to moving to part-time and eventually retiring. We have limited resources for quality care in his area. Are hopes are to keep him in his home through this process. Your help in any way would be greatly appreciated. If you have had experience or first-hand involvement with this horible disease and have any suggestions, we would be grateful for that. Our family is tapped as we just buried my dad, who had dementia and my mother as well with alzheimers. ANYTHING HELPS!
